a view of gratitude
Monday, November 16, 2009 at 5:00AM
I've been doing a lot of reflecting lately. Digging through my photo archives, writing about the past , celebrating motherhood and my beautiful girls has filled me with gratitude. I'm so grateful for places like Creative Therapy, The Creative Mama and Shutter Sisters for encouraging such authentic sharing.
Looking into my life like this, almost like an outsider looking in reminds me of how very blessed I am.
Give us a glimpse into your life this week and show us what your grateful for.
Oh, I forgot to say I'm giving away a copy of each of my books today over at The Creative Mama. Leave a comment over there for a chance to win!

Such a sweet photo... It's the little things that remind us of how blessed we are. I am grateful for a bit of free time. Productive
i am grateful for so many things as well; two of them are pictured here: a moment
Thank you for introducing me to Creative Art Therapy -- what wonderful catalysts and personal expressions! I'm off on a mission today to capture a few of the things I love best -- and am grateful for!
A good reminder. We should all stop and "peek" back and reflect on our lives. I think we would all find blessings where we least expect it.
I am grateful for a little eye-opening last week. And I'm trying to remember to appreciate every moment (good and bad) this week.
Love your gratitude glimpse! Sweet Charlie art + BSM + giveaway winner here: http://bit.ly/37bj9V
We've had a noreaster come through last week. It rained for five days in a row. Yesterday, the sun came out just in time for my daughter's meet. Wonderful.
Here comes the sun.
Lovely sentiments, I'm reflecting in my post as well.....hard not to.

I am having fun getting old work cleaned out, and new toys to document my growing kids. Fun, precious times.

Love the shot; what a sweet and simple moment.
I'm grateful for - surprise - my daughter.
It is so easy to move through life at lightning speed and forget to enjoy the moment. I love the feeling your photo provokes. I often wonder what my life looks like through someone else's eyes. Thanks for the thought provoking post.

today, i'm grateful for having weekends off work to explore and take photos, and to live somewhere with lots of lovely countryside. my photo from a walk in the park here http://happybunnydesigns.blogspot.com/2009/11/best-shot-monday.html
Love this shot and all your archive photos lately. I've dipped through some of mine lately, too. Amazing how they evoke so much emotion in me as I am reminded of the little wonderful, moments that have already slipped from the corners of my mind. I spent Saturday with H. making new memories in our moments together. He is only one person I'm so blessed and grateful to have in my life.
Sometimes we do need the reminders that are are blessed and grateful. 'Tis the Season for reminding ourselves and showing others.
Im grateful my daughter is only as sick as she is.....Seems this year, things could definately be worse. Thanks for helping us look at the bright side this week.
Here's my BSM
